30yo here, quit porn 4 years ago, have had ED ever since, but it got much worse this year.
I went to a urologist a couple months ago, full bloodwork and all, but it was pretty useless. But he did perscribe me either 5mg tadalafil (cialis) every morning or 20mg every 3 days, as well as tribulus terrestris. I opted for 5mg because I’d rather have an okay penis every day than a good on on the first day and ED on the third day. Though maybe 20mg would have been better.
I’ve been taking it for 2 weeks and it has been. underwhelming. Feels better than not taking it, but still not great. I’ve been getting hard enough to have sex, but don’t stay hard long enough to finish it. Common erection-killers like putting on a condom and doing it missionary-style are still as devastated as ever, as far as my erection is concerned.
So my question is, can I add 20mg sildenafil (viagra) before sex, on top of the 5mg morning cialis? I’ve never tried silde, actually.
Or should I instead quit the 5mg daily since it’s not working, and switch to either 20mg tada or whatever-mg silde?
Or just forget about it and keep on trying the daily 5mg alone?
Sadly, going back to my doctor is not an option, and I don’t want to spend however much money on a second opinion of a second urologist.
