Cialis.
Like Viagra , Cialis is known as a PDE-5 (phosphodiesterase type 5) inhibitor. It works by relaxing the blood vessels that flow into the penis . When more blood flows, a satisfactory erection is achieved. Men need to be sexually aroused to get an adequate erection . Cialis is available as daily 2.5 or 5mg tablets for sexually active men. It also comes in 10mg or 20mg pills taken when needed.

Heart problems and blood pressure. Heart attack or stroke within the last six months. Liver or kidney disease. Hemophilia. Sickle cell anemia or leukemia. Physical deformity of the penis. Retinitis pigmentosa. Stomach ulcers.
Directions.

Take one tablet 30 minutes before sex. Cialis can take effect within one hour; the effect increases within a few hours. Only take one pill within 36 hours. You can take the medicine with or without food. However, it is advisable to limit alcohol intake for more effectiveness.
Cialis does not always work for everyone after the first use. It requires patience before giving up.

Cialis tablets are made of the active ingredient tadalafil at a 10mg or 20mg strength. Each tablet also contains microcrystalline cellulose, lactose monohydrate, croscarmellose sodium, magnesium stearate, hydroxypropyl cellulose, sodium lauryl sulfate, hypromellose, triacetin, titanium dioxide (E171), iron oxide yellow (E172) & talc.
